Are your fragrances safe?

Yes, all of our fragrances are IFRA approved and made by professional perfumers who adhere to strict guidelines set by the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). IFRA oversees the fragrance and cosmetic industries, conducting thorough research on individual ingredients to ensure their suitability for use in our products.

Is UNIYU Australian made?

UNIYU is born, designed, filled and packaged in Australia. All of our fragrances are formulated in France by professional perfumers. We source all of our fragrance components from international, mostly European suppliers to ensure high-quality products.

Who develops your fragrances?

Are your fragrances gender neutral?

All UNIYU fragrances are gender neutral. We believe olfactive diversity has no boundaries. Our intention is to craft exceptional fragrances without prejudice.

Are you cruelty free?

Yes, we do not test our fragrances on animals.

Are your fragrances vegan?

Yes, our fragrances do not contain any animal products.

Are your fragrances natural?

We combine naturally derived and synthetic ingredients to create high-quality, safe, and environmentally friendly products.

We appreciate botanical ingredients for their unique fragrances but acknowledge that natural doesn't always mean safer. Synthetic ingredients can sometimes be less allergenic. High concentrations of natural ingredients can cause negative reactions due to their inherent properties and yearly variations in growing conditions.

By controlling the limit of natural ingredients, we also reduce the environmental impact of harmful agriculture. Harvesting natural ingredients can be resource-intensive and risks over-harvesting. We often use nature-identical synthetics for sustainability and broader fragrance options.

How do I choose the best fragrance for me?

We recommend trying our Discovery Set if you haven't tried our fragrances yet. This lets you select your favourite scents and discover which ones complement your style and skin chemistry. If you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us.

How should I store my perfume?

To preserve the quality of your fragrance, it should be stored at temperatures below 30°C. Keep your perfumes in a cool, dark place such as a cupboard or wardrobe. If you prefer to display them, make sure they are away from direct sunlight and not placed in a bathroom.

ORDERS & RETURNS

Do you offer free shipping?

Complimentary shipping is available for all purchases of 100ml full-size bottles. Flat shipping rates are offered for other products. For more details, please refer to our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I change my order once I’ve placed it?

If you have made an error with your order, please contact us immediately. We may be able to assist with any changes before your order is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to make any changes

Is my order tracked?

Yes, all UNIYU orders receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Afterpay, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are located outside of Australia and wish to purchase a UNIYU product, please contact us.

What is your return or refund policy?

Refunds are available for 100ml full size bottles only. To receive a refund, simply return your unopened 100ml full-size bottle to UNIYU within 10 days of receiving your parcel.

Do I have to pay shipping for returned products? 

Yes, Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned products, except in cases of damaged, incorrect, or faulty goods.

How long will it take for the refund to arrive? 

Once we approve a refund, the payment should arrive within one to two business days.
